A type of delusion in which the afflicted person considers himself or herself possessed of greatness. He/she believes him/herself to be capable of changing the world through social media activism and public spectacles. He/she believes him/herself an expert in every field including but not limited to: science, medicine, politics, history, economics, international relations, the judiciary and morality.
Diagnosis of this disorder requires 3 of the following signs to be present:

As this disorder is newly defined under this criteria, comprehensive analysis of treatment strategies is limited, and confined to case studies, case series and expert consensus (level C evidence). Current best practice involves distracting techniques, and if unsuccessful, immersion therapy through progressive tolerance desensitization should be attempted. Listening therapy has proven difficult to encourage, as new studies are being continuously blocked by potential participants.
